Yarden Chardonnay presents aromas of pear, lemon, green apple and tropical fruits, with a mineral and floral character, this is a wine full of flavor with a full body and a long and persistent finish.Jordan Chardonnay is produced from grapes grown exclusively in our Chardonnay plots in the north of the Golan Heights, Israel's coolest growing area.This area, at heights of up to 1200 meters, proves itself to be an excellent growing area for Chardonnay grapes, year after year.The wine will be aged for 7 months in French oak barrels, 40% of which are new.
